It takes a big-time, preferably sexy, actor to carry the weight of the giant alien robot franchise Transformers, and it seems that director Michael Bay has found just the right person to star in the fourth installment, scheduled for release in June 2014. According to EW, it’s none other than Marky Mark himself, Mark Wahlberg, who has certainly left his teen idol past in the dust. The actor has been nominated for two Oscars to date, one last year for The Fighter and another in 2007 for The Departed. “Mark is awesome,” Bay—who directed Wahlberg in the upcoming thriller Pain & Gain—told EW. “We had a blast working [together] and I’m so fired up to be back working with him. An actor of his caliber is the perfect guy to reinvigorate the franchise and carry on the Transformers’ legacy.” It remains to be seen what will become of current star Shia LeBeouf, though Bay denied rumors last week that he sought out Wahlberg to replace LeBeouf. We know Mark can act, and we know he’s hot, so this new casting choice seems like a total no-brainer to us. We can’t wait to see him fight off some majorly angered decepticons!

This week on The Voice, Christina Milian wore three gorgeous dresses for the kickoff week of live episodes—and the first elimination last night. “For the first live shows, I [wanted] to wear something really glam—I like to show my personality through each outfit,” Milian told InStyle.com. “It’s fun having a few episodes a week so we can mimic the outfit to who is performing that night or the energy of the day.” On Monday night, the show’s social media correspondent wore a grommet-adorned LBD by Finders Keepers and Zara shoes. On Wednesday, Milian rocked a black leather dress by Twenty Cluny with Schutz shoes, and for last night’s eliminations, the singer chose a blue Roland Mouret dress and L.A.M.B. shoes. Tell us: Which look did you like best?
