We all know (and love!) Brad Pitt as a doting father, actor, and, most recently Chanel No. 5 spokesman. Now we can add furniture designer to his long list of accomplishments. This career move is not as out of the ordinary as you may think, Pitt has always harbored a love for architecture and design. “I’ve been doodling ideas for buildings and furniture since the early 1990s, when I first discovered [Charles Rennie] Mackintosh and Frank Lloyd Wright,” Pitt told Architectural Digest. The collaboration with Frank Pollaro, an art-deco furniture designer based in New Jersey, will feature 12 pieces including tables, chairs, and even a bed! The collection will be unveiled at a private exhibition (November 13–15) in the art gallery-centric Chelsea neighborhood of New York City. For more information, be sure to visit pitt-pollaro.com.

Hope he keeps his day job. Looks like it belongs in a hotel. All chrome and rectangles.

Always wondered what it would be like to lay back on BP and chill out While I’m sure it’s out of my price range, I would love the opportunity.

PUHLEEZE! He’s sooo pretentious. And that Chanel No. 5 commercial is ridiculous! Ugh! Get over yourself! The public already did.

DD, do you honestly believe Brad Pitt wrote those Chanel ads himself? He’s doing a part, just as if he were in a movie, and Cnanel has their own writers just like all of those companies. Really?? Maybe all actors write every line of every ad and/or movie they are in. SMH
