Halloweek is over, and it’s been filled with some spook-tacular celebrity costumes and star-studded soirees like Bette Midler‘s annual New York Restoration Project “Hulaween” party. “En Francaise,” the theme of this year’s bash, had The Divine Miss M looking trés chic as she paid homage to Coco Chanel in the late French fashion designer’s trademarks: pearls, tweed, and two-tone heels. Debbie Harry, who performed, was a Moulin Rouge cancan dancer (complete with feather tail!).
