Usher knows how to make the ladies “Scream,” and not just for his dance-floor hits—it’s his style, too. “It’s Ursher baby!” is how he described his sharp navy suit look at last night’s Pencils of Promise Gala in New York, which celebrated the non-profit’s mission to provide quality education for schools and programs globally. “I could call my style hip-beast-meets-chic, you know what I’m saying?” (Yes.
