After releasing her album Red on Tuesday, Taylor Swift is taking us on a little trip to Paris in her new music video for “Begin Again.” The clip shows Swift wandering the cobblestone streets of the City of Light, pondering love and seemingly melancholy over her most recent breakup—until she meets a charming stranger in an oh-so-Parisian café. “I’ve been spending the last eight months thinking all love ever does is break and burn and end, but on a Wednesday in a cafe, I watched it begin again,” she sings. And while she’s in the epicenter of French fashion, she tapped Romanian designer Maria Lucia Hohan for the flowing, romantic lavender gown that’s central in her video—you’ll see it when she croons about her new beginning from the Paris rooftops—a look available sans sleeves for $1,272 on mlh-shop.com.
