It’s Halloween season, and celebrities are stepping out in their spookiest garb! Top Chef’s Padma Lakshmi transformed into a witch, complete with teal hair and purple hat, to host the 11th annual Dream Halloween New York party at Hard Rock Cafe, which raised money for Keep A Child Alive to support children and families affected by HIV/AIDS.
