With another villain on the scene—this time revenge-seeking gunman, Deadshot (guest star Michael Rowe)—Arrow must protect his city (and himself) once more. But will he make it unscathed? Doesn’t look like it! Though, this does mean his abs will have lots of screen time, thankfully. Tune in tonight at 8/7c on CW to find out what happens.
