Vera Wang named her fall 2013 bridal collection “All About Lace,” though we’d call it “All About Volume.” Each design seemed to have more layers of lace, tulle, and organza than the next, yet—and this speaks to Wang’s bridal expertise—each still looked light enough so the models seemed to float down the runway. Aside from the princess-worthy ballgowns, many of the looks featured intricate bodices, with corset detailing, ribbon embroidery, and leaf lace twisted in cords.
