While we wait for the reveal of Blake Lively’s custom Marchesa wedding gown, the label’s designer Georgina Chapman and co-founder Keren Craig gave us something new to buzz about at their fall 2013 bridal runway show. The ethereal collection, inspired by the architectural iris and romantic Bulgarian Rose, included feminine elements like cascading silk chiffon petals, scalloped chantilly lace and ruffles all topped off with Miriam Haskell’s dreamy glass pearl earrings and hairpins. In addition to the subtle hits of gold and silver, blush peeked through the sculpted bodices and got us back to thinking about Lively’s gown, which featured rose gold embroidery and hand-draping. Check out all of the looks in the gallery.
