Fall is really taking hold of celebrities’ hair choices. Last week, Olivia Wilde debuted dark chocolate strands, and now Dakota Fanning followed suit, posting a photo to her and sister Elle’s co-Instagram @thefannings with the caption “well look who turned into a brunette!” We haven’t seen the older Fanning with hair this dark since her role in 2005’s thriller Hide and Seek, when she was just 11 years old. Her new hue, created by Warren-Tricomi colorist Jenda Alcorn, was influenced by her role in the upcoming film Night Moves, where she’ll star alongside Jesse Eisenberg and Peter Sarsgaard.
