All eyes were on Hedi Slimane as he showed his first collection in Paris this week for Saint Laurent (no longer Yves Saint Laurent), including designers Marc Jacobs, Alber Elbaz, and Diane von Furstenberg who watched each look turn down the runway from their front row perch. Everyone seemed to be pleased with the debut—us included—especially due to the standout sequined jackets, slim-cut trousers, and floor-sweeping, rock star-worthy blousy dresses in bold hues. Adding to the bohemian vibe, each model donned ‘70s-inspired hats and platform pumps, while stacked and studded bracelets, tassel necklaces and wide corset belts rounded out the accessories offerings. Check out our favorite looks in the gallery.
