Miuccia Prada showed an inventive Spring 2013 collection at Milan Fashion Week, one filled with bold silhouettes in soft hues. The Japanese-inspired lineup included silk sheaths, tops, and skirts with intricate origami folds. The pale solids were offset by an oversize floral motif, which appeared on everything from coats to cocktail dresses. As for the accessories, always a conversation starter, the designer offered a sky-high flatform worn over metallic socks, demure day and evening bags, and flower-embellished sunglasses.
