On last night’s episode of The Voice, the judges continued to add to their teams, and we especially love the teen contestants who have dominated the Blind Audition rounds like Paulina (Team Christina), Kelly Crapa (Team Blake) and Adanna Duru (Team Adam). We caught up with the show’s stylists for a sneak peek at what to expect from the upcoming hair and makeup this season. “This year in particular, the contestants have amazing hair, but I can’t wait to show them new styling options,” The Voice hair stylist Shawn Finch told InStyle.com. “This season you will be seeing lots of amazing plaits. I love doing stylish braids, and we have lots of contestants who are perfect for that style.” As for makeup, expect the artists to have a different look than for their auditions when the live shows start. “We are very considerate of the artist’s original looks, so we mostly do corrective skin makeup during the Blind Audition rounds,” makeup artist Darcy Gilmore told InStyle.com. “But we have a new relationship with Make Up For Ever, so expect outrageous, glamorous and gorgeous looks for the live rounds.” We can’t wait!
