Gwyneth Paltrow has mastered the art of living! In InStyle‘s October issue, the actress, mother, and Goop.com creator talked to Diane von Furstenberg about her family life, her career, and what she’s learned at 40—to make life fun! “I was very strict for a while,” she tells the designer. “I was macrobiotic for a couple of years, then I got pregnant and just ate ice cream.
