Oscar de la Renta on His Childrens’ Line at New York Fashion Week!

The Dominican designer famous for his female-flattering creations is also renowned for his work in the world of kids’ wear (Mad Men’s Kiernan Shipka is a fan!) , and he showed his Spring/Summer 2013 collection this morning at New York Fashion Week. The designer talked to InStyle.com about the designs, which can be found on georgeandruby.com: “Kids themselves, you know, they are so full of life,” he told us. “It’s a whole new generation of a new customer. All these kids are really so great and have wonderful personalities. Just the spontaneity and the charm and the innocence of the children – it’s just missing in the world today.” We couldn’t agree more!
