The Queen of Pop is on tour again, traveling the world with her extravagant MDNA show. The wardrobe she wears on stage (as well as the looks worn by her 22 backup dancers, singers, and band) sparkle with more than 315,000 Swarovski crystals. And it’s not the first time Madonna has teamed up with Swarovski: She also donned their sparklers during her 2008 Sticky & Sweet tour. “The twinkling effect dances along with me and everyone else on stage,” the pop star said at the time.
