These couples know how to Do Something together! Last night’s Do Something Awards in Santa Monica boasted a red carpet of go-getting doers, including cute on- and off-screen celebrity couples like Hit & Run’s Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell (in Jenni Kayne), Glee’s Cory Monteith and Lea Michele (in Giorgio Armani), and Giuliana & Bill’s Giuliana (in Cengiz Abazoglu) and Bill Rancic.
