Venus Williams hit the courts today in a patriotic tennis dress she designed herself! (Sadly, she lost in the third round to Germany’s Angelique Kerber.) The red, white, and blue look—the obvious Team USA requirement—is part of her limited-edition capsule collection for her sportswear line, EleVen by Venus. And this is just a preview of what to expect: the tennis star is planning to launch a bigger collection at New York Fashion Week in September. In the meantime, shop Williams’ winning look for $98 at elevenbyvenus.com

Venus did win her 4th Gold Medal in the Doubles with sister Serena, so she definitely added another Gold medal to her collection. Congrats to her! And the dress is very flattering yet looks comfortable and breathable– essential for sports. She did a great job on design!

Venus I like your natural elegance and quality of your dress creation:
“The red, white, and blue look—the obvious Team USA requirement” that goes so well with the American team ,
I can say I was surprized to see US athletes dressed in red…, that did not exist since I’m watching international competitions since my childhood.
Congrats for your double Olympic gold with Serena, Great
