Our eardrums still hurt from all of the deafening screams heard during last night’s Teen Choice Awards, where (nearly) every young Hollywood star walked away with a coveted surfboard prize. Our excitement, however, was more focused on the red carpet, where the ladies of the evening showcased a number of Perfect Little Summer Dresses. Birthday girl Selena Gomez celebrated her 20th in neon pink Dsquared2, Taylor Swift worked her girl-next-door charm in Maria Lucia Hohan, Hayden Panettiere sparkled head to toe in Zuhair Murad, and Lea Michele showed off her tan in a rosy-hued Versace mini.
