I absolutely love Emily’s hair. She is also absolutely beautiful. I went to a local “upscale salon” in late December. The first thing they did was criticize the feeling of my hair. I told them I used WEN for several years & loved it. I was told to stop using it & I was talked into buying there brand….I still have some of there’s. Then last month I went in & asked for the same color as Emily’s. They colored & highlighted it & it is NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE THE EMILY”S. It has nearly no blond & is mostly copper with a few lighter highlights…you have to look very close. I went back & talked to the salon explaining my hair was not close to what I asked for. I was told……..EMILY’S HAIR IS OLD SCHOOL!!!!!!!!! WHAT?????? I disagree with them, but if they consider it old school …… I’m the one that has to live with it NOT them! I should have gotten what I asked for. I went to them twice & will NEVER go back. They became angry with me. I also referred to Carrie Underwood’s hair…..the salon owner said he has WORKED with her ….I would think he would be able to direct the stylist that did my hair what to do….. it was his daughter. Anyway I love WEN & Emily & her HAIR! How can I get her hair color?? Thank You!
