DKNY’s New Collection Donates to FEED Projects
Jul 18, 2012 @ 5:55 pmDonna Karan’s DKNY partnered with Lauren Bush Lauren’s FEED Projects to create a capsule collection, which is now available for $115 to $220 on dkny.com. The “Survival” lineup is as functional as it sounds, with a diaper bag (comes with a changing pad), city tote (packed with an umbrella), and rainboots (they fold up). “It’s really great that there other like-minded companies out there creating fashionable products that also stand for something bigger than themselves,” Lauren said in a video for the collection. Proceeds will be donated to the non-profit she started, FEED Projects, which gives meals to children in need around the world through the United Nations World Food Programme. So far, the organization has given out 60 million—amazing, indeed!
