MAC to Launch an Archie Comics Collection!
Jul 11, 2012 @ 3:40 pmMAC has teamed up with Archie Comics to launch a collection based on Betty and Veronica, Riverdale’s most stylish ladies! The line includes a full range of color cosmetics, and we’re hoping to see a glamorous Veronica Lodge-inspired red lipstick among the products. But this isn’t the first time MAC has gone animated — the brand’s most recent cartoon-inspired lineups include Wonder Woman, Disney’s notorious villains, and Hello Kitty. The Archie’s Girls collection hits stores in spring of 2013, but MAC will be kicking off San Diego Comic Con with an event at their store in the Gaslamp district, where fans can meet Dan Parent, illustrator of the Archie series. Now that’s a reason to make a trip to the West Coast!
