Katy Perry took her sunglasses to Candy Land! Last night, she performed at the Los Angeles premiere of Katy Perry: Part of Me and the kick-off for the Pepsi/Billboard Summer Beats Concert Series wearing custom sunnies by designer Kerin Rose‘s company A-Morir. “She’s amazing,” Perry’s stylist Johnny Wujek told InStyle.com of Rose’s designs, which have also been worn by Rihanna and Lady Gaga. “They’re literally made out of candy. She made two options—a Mike and Ike and a Red Hots with crystals and gold-dipped popcorn.” (Perry chose the former.) And it was a quick process: “She made them in a night,” Wujek added. “I called her and said, ‘Can you overnight me some sunglasses?’ She said, ‘What’s the vibe?’ I said, ‘Concession stand candy. Take it away!’” What a yummy addition!
