Tory Burch‘s new Tory Daily iPad and iPhone app (free at itunes.com) acts as a portable shop, and offers perks like free shipping, daily news updates, and access to previews and exclusive events, while Stella McCartney‘s Stella World app (free at itunes.com) boasts detailed photos and videos of the designer’s latest collections, kids’ line, and Adidas collaboration. Lanvin is also getting into the tech game with a new mobile website that is compatible with both tablet devices and smart phones. Now it’s easier than ever to get our fashion fix on the go!

Yes, they make a big difference. If you are weanirg hosiery (pantyhose, nylons, tights), then your foot slides in/out of the shoe much easier. I think that a shoe that may be a bit small if you are bare foot woudl fit if you had hosiery on. Plus whenever I wear heels with bare feet, which is not often, my foot sticks to the shoe and it makes it more cumbersome to take on/off.
