Want to try a new lip color this summer? Go for a bright pink like Mandy Moore. The key to this look is using minimal makeup on the rest of your face—save for a strong, natural brow. The bold arches and lip color balance each other without appearing harsh. Fill in sparse brows with a pencil close to your natural color. (If in doubt, go a shade lighter.) Bright lipsticks look best when your pout is properly conditioned, so before you swipe it on, exfoliate with a gentle sugar scrub and apply a balm immediately after to lock in moisture. This will prevent your lips from looking parched, and gives the vivid shade extra staying power.

If your skin is more on the tan side like mine you can always wear bright orange lipstick instead! It always works for me
