After showing off his eight-pack for two seasons on True Blood, we think it’s safe to assume that Joe Manganiello knows a thing or two about staying in shape. That’s why when we got a hold of him at the True Blood season premiere party in Los Angeles this week, we asked him his ultimate fitness tip for the summer. “Everybody is looking for this fad diet or something, but there really is no secret,” the 35-year-old told InStyle.com. “There is no fad. Just exercise. Get in there and break a sweat every day. That’s my secret. My secret is, ‘There is no secret.’” There you go: Sweat it out!
