Madonna kicked off her MDNA world tour in Tel Aviv last night! Her costumes—always a sight to see—are every bit the Madonna we always loved, complete with a millennium version of her famous’80s cone bra. “We played with the ideas of a suit and a corset, but now the corset is like a cage,” designer Jean Paul Gaultier told WWD of the look, which he created both then and now. Of course, the cage-corset wasn’t the only piece of couture costuming—Alexander Wang, Jeremy Scott, Prada, and Miu Miu also designed custom pieces for the pop icon. See more of Madonna’s new tour looks in the gallery.
