She exemplified this no better than within the past four days, easily switching from edgy cut-off shorts, wide-brim fedora, and ankle boots to a polished red dress, khaki blazer, and gold flats to a flirty hot pink Gabriela Cadena dress to a bohemian printed maxi dress. “I’m not one of those girls who like to splurge and shop at every opportunity,” the Bulgarian-born Canadian actress said. “My instinct is to be comfy and run around in flip flops.” And while Dobrev likes to play it simple, she does have one style mission: “I want every single piece in my wardrobe—and in my house—to be unique and remind me of what was going on in my life at the time I bought it,” she said. Tell us: Which of her style stories do you prefer?
