Fashion Star Episode 7: See the Winning Looks (And Our Top Pick)

The seventh episode of NBC’s Fashion Star aired last night, and H&M, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue all walked away with new designs. But which one did we like most? Our top pick is Orly Shani’s draped blue sheath, which H&M put in the winning bid for. We like the vibrant color and the zipper detail, which allows the wearer to covert the dress to an open-back style.
