Demi Moore on Her Lanvin Jewelry: “They Have Soul”

Demi Moore returned to the spotlight in Beverly Hills last night, where she joined InStyle magazine to celebrate her pal Amanda de Cadenet’s new show, The Conversation, airing April 26th on Lifetime. For her big night out, the actress and executive producer of the series accessorized her all-Lanvin outfit with oversize jewels by the luxury label, including a pearl cross chain that dangled down to her waist, and a geometric wing pendant covered in crystals. “I normally don’t wear things this big,” Moore said. “But they have such soul to them.” Each piece sells for $1,485 (the cross at barneys.com; the wings at bergdorfgoodman.com).

Ashley Madekwe on Tonight’s Revenge Outfit

Revenge returns with a new episode tonight, and we caught up with Ashley Madekwe to get the inside scoop about what she wears in the episode, “Doubt.” “Despite it being winter in the Hamptons, [costume designer Jill Ohanneson] and I took poetic license and bared my arms regardless,” she told InStyle.com. “Our reasoning was: It’s inside, the heating is on and that top is neon Gucci for goodness’s sake! We added some texture with a black suede pencil skirt and I decided last minute to throw on the huge geometric Rachel Roy earrings.” Great touch! Fashion Star Episode 6: See the Winning Looks (And Our Top Pick)

On last night’s Fashion Star, designers were challenged to create an item beyond their comfort zones. No item jumped out as Need It Now for us, but we did find a Favorite Look of the Week in Luciana Scarabello’s cropped printed jacket. This is the third design buyers picked up from the Buenos Aires native, and her first to land at Macy’s. We like how the metallic fabric can be dressed up (over a pretty summer dress) or down (with jeans, shown), as wardrobe versatility definitely goes into a Will I Buy It decision.
