Smash: What Uma Thurman Looks Like as Marilyn Monroe

The actress, who is now pregnant with her third child, channeled the infamous vixen for the NBC hit show Smash. In the series, Thurman guest stars as Rebecca Duvall, who producers cast as the blonde icon to add a celebrity element to their musical-in-the-making about Monroe’s life, Bombshell. Tune in to watch Thurman’s portrayal tonight at 10/9c on NBC.

Love the show…but this casting seems all wrong to me…nothing about Uma says Marilyn to me. Maybe that is part of the story line to come, but I just don’t see it. Too tall, too thin, too confident.
