Katy Perry just can’t stop doing stuff to her hair! The singer changed her color in January when she dyed it blue, and now she changed the cut, debuting a clean bob and blunt fringe in London over the weekend. Perry joins Natalie Portman, Jennifer Lawrence, and Katie Holmes, who all added layered bangs to their looks recently.
