New Hunger Games Clip: Katniss Meets Cinna!

Katniss: “So, you’re here to make me look pretty?”
Cinna: “I’m here to help you make an impression.”

And so they meet! Lionsgate just released this new 44-second clip from The Hunger Games featuring the first time Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) encounters her transformative gold eyeliner-wearing stylist, Cinna (Lenny Kravitz). This makeover is one of the most pivotal moments in the book—“I want to do something that they’re going to remember,” Cinna tells her—and the first glimpse here provides even more anticipation for seeing the movie when it opens nationwide March 23rd. Jones New York called upon rising designer Wes Gordon to create a capsule collection exclusive to Bloomingdale’s—and it just landed in stores. “Our goal was to create modern classic pieces that are accessible and can be easily incorporated into an existing wardrobe,” Gordon told InStyle.com of the jackets, blouses, pants and skirts that make up his lineup. One of his favorite pieces is the classic navy short, $128, shown here. “The high waist, a-line shape, pleats, and pockets combine to make them look fantastic on anyone and effortlessly cool,” the Tom Ford and Oscar de la Renta-trained designer said. Check out the entire collection in the gallery, which ranges from $88 to $398, and shop it now on bloomingdales.com.
