We love how Emily Blunt wore a salmon pink lip color for the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen. It was such an appropriate color choice given the name of her new flick! However, her makeup artist Jenn Streicher told InStyle.com she pulled her idea for the hue from elsewhere: “I drew inspiration from Emily’s chic, ‘50s-inspired dress,” she said, citing Blunt’s circle-patterned Naeem Khan tea-length design. As for the lips, Streicher applied Lancome’s Color Design Matte Lipstick in Pink Preview. Pick up your own tube for $22 at lancome-usa.com.

Yves Saint Laurent creative director Stefano Pilati is leaving his position at the label soon, and showed his last collection during Paris Fashion Week today. The goodbye-runway show featured a powerful lineup of dark-hued, moody looks, like chainmail dresses, leather separates, and precisely-cut suiting in shades of dark green, blood red, and black. Accessories also had a dark feel, with embellished chunky cuffs, calla lily chokers, sexy platforms with mirrored heels, and waist-cinching wide belts. See our favorite looks in the gallery now.

Bar Refaeli is no stranger to over-the-top runway hairstyles, but there’s one look she hasn’t tried yet. “I would like to go ballsy one time and shave my head, but only if someone would promise me that I could take a pill and grow my hair back in one day,” the model told InStyle.com at Elton John’s Academy Awards viewing party last week. “But then I can’t do fashion dares like that if no one promises me that I can go back to normal.” Anything is possible!

Give your coffee table a dose of Chanel! The legendary French label—which showed its fall 2012 collection in Paris today—is the focus of a new 440-page art book, Culture Chanel, out this month. The tome, carefully curated by art experts Jean-Louis Froment and Françoise Claire Prodhon, provides an inside look at the paintings, sketches, letters, documents, and rare archival photographs that have shaped the iconic fashion empire from its 21 Rue Cambon roots to its surge as a global megabrand loved by celebrities like Diane Kruger, Blake Lively, Jennifer Aniston, and more. Of course, like anything else Chanel, it’s an investment, ringing up at $250. Preview the some of the book’s hidden treasures hidden in the gallery, and shop it online at amazon.com or in bookstores now.
