DWTS‘ Karina Smirnoff on Gavin DeGraw: ‘He’s Got Rhythm!’

Martinez, and she’s hoping she can score another win with new partner, singer Gavin DeGraw. “Gavin is doing amazing,” she told InStyle.com exclusively. “He has a sweet, funny personality that comes across in his dancing. And he has rhythm!” Smirnoff hopes she’ll be able to create choreography to some of her partner’s most famous songs like “Not Over You“ and “Chariot.” “As an artist it’s sometimes difficult hear someone else perform your song,” she said. “But if Gavin is up for it, it would great to actually dance to one of his songs!” We can’t wait to see the pair when the show premieres March 19th on ABC.
