Kate Beckinsale, Katy Perry, and Alicia Keys complemented their ensembles with chic mini-pompadours at last night’sGrammy Awards. While Perry’s and Keys’s looks were more suited for the red carpet, a bumped-up ponytail is flattering for everyday wear. Pompadours work best on clean, blown out hair, so be sure that strands are sleek before trying this style out on your own. Start by separating the top layer of your hair, and using a soft-bristle comb, tease at the crown to create lift.
