Our favorites: the singer looking regal on her first record, Whitney Houston, in a plain white tank top and her signature smile; the 1987 follow-up, Whitney; in character for 1992’s record-breaking soundtrack for The Bodyguard; and accessorizing her curve-hugging knit dress with black leather gloves and boots for 1998’s My Love is Your Love.
