The Artist star Berenjice Bejo decided to dye her hair red last week—right in the middle of awards season! Why the dramatic switch at a time when all eyes are on her? “It’s for a movie!” the Oscar-nominated actress told InStyle.com at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday. “The movie is called Au Bonheur des Ogres,” she continued (translation: The Scapegoat). “The director [Nicolas Bary] wanted me to have red hair. That was his fantasy and I didn’t want to wear a wig, so I just went for it.” So, how’s life as a redhead? “It’s okay,” she said. “It’s new. It’s different.” Mystery of the new redhead solved!
