Hats off to Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge! The royal was just named “Hat Person of the Year” by The Headwear Association, an organization founded in 1908 to promote “hat wearing and the headwear industry throughout the world.” Duchess Catherine nabbed over 90 percent of the online votes, beating out fellow hat-lovers Rachel Zoe and Justin Timberlake, and joining past “Hat Person of the Year” winners Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt.
