For Gossip Girl’s upcoming 100th episode airing Monday, January 30th, Blake Lively’s character Serena van der Woodsen will channel Marilyn Monroe for a bubbly “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend” dream sequence. And she’s not the only actress who took a turn as the icon! Michelle Williams just received a Best Actress Oscar nomination for her role as the bombshell in My Week With Marilyn, and Katharine McPhee will be fighting for the lead role in a musical about Monroe’s life in her upcoming TV show, Smash. See these and more famous Marilyn portrayals in the gallery.
