Nothing says Hollywood glamour like a bold red lip! Just take a look at Angelina Jolie, Dianna Agron, Claire Danes and The Killing‘s Mireille Enos, who all chose a punchy crimson pout for the Golden Globes on Sunday. Jolie, Agron and Enos kept the rest of their makeup minimal, allowing their pucker to take center stage, while award-winner Danes opted for both a smoky eye and bright statement lip. I like the trend. So tired of the nude lips. I couldn’t pull off with really fair skin and med-brown hair. The nice thing about red lips you can find a color in any price range and with so many shade to chose from, one that is right for you. Right now I am alternating between a matte raspberry and a sheer candy apple depending on my clothing and the event.
