Our guests, including Heidi Klum, Chloe Moretz and Orlando Bloom, will feast on an array of Italian dishes with a California twist, all prepared by star chef Giada De Laurentiis. Planning to host your own Globes party at home? De Laurentiis says timing is everything. “Create a menu where almost everything can be prepped ahead of time,” she advises. “And plan on serving the courses during commercial breaks to minimize disruptions during the show.” Among the dishes De Laurentiis recommends are her Brussels sprout leaf salad, stracotto with porcini mushrooms and chocolate panna cotta.
