Katy Perry dyed her hair blue! Ever the hair chameleon, this is the latest color the pop star has taken on, as she previously tried lavender (on our cover, no less!), black, blond, and red. And, no, this isn’t a wig, like her famous look from the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Her colorist Rita Hazan confirmed to InStyle.com that she dyed Perry’s hair cobalt blue this week. Tell us: Do you like her new shade? Let us know in the comments!

It’s not like she’s going into a board meeting. She’s a rockstar. It’s a cute and fun way to experiment with color. Very vibrant and healthy looking. I love it. Wonder what color is next?

I agree! She has the face and can pull anything off. I like the blonde she rocked at the Smurfs premier.

I don’t get it. Why would a stylist suggest blue or purple hair?

I’m a hairdresser. My job is to give my clients what they want. Otherwise they’ll go somewhere else. She’s flamboyant like that .I’m sure it was her idea. Rita did a good job. That takes some serious skill.

She was red for a quick second and I LOVED that color. It made her look even softer!

I like the lavender more than the blue, but she still looks really pretty with blue hair. :-)

Looks like Marge Simpson…

LOVE! but, I did like the blondie pink color a little more. She’s Katy Perry and she can rock whatever she wants and that’s awesome.

at what point will her hair actually fall out…back away from the color…for a little while at least!
