Katy Perry’s Hair Is Blue Now!

Katy Perry dyed her hair blue! Ever the hair chameleon, this is the latest color the pop star has taken on, as she previously tried lavender (on our cover, no less!), black, blond, and red. And, no, this isn’t a wig, like her famous look from the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Her colorist Rita Hazan confirmed to InStyle.com that she dyed Perry’s hair cobalt blue this week. Jason Wu for Target: See the Runway and Red Carpet Inspiration!
