Oprah Loves Ivanka Trump’s Earrings
Jan 10, 2012 @ 9:30 amBusinesswoman and jewelry designer Ivanka Trump decked herself out with diamonds to accept one of the first-ever Good Awards hosted by, fittingly, the Diamond Empowerment Fund last week, an organization that helps empower African youth through education. “These are my Oval Os,” Trump told InStyle.com, pointing to the 18K white gold earrings she designed featuring 11.56 carats of diamonds dangling from her ears. “I now call them my Oprah Os because she loves them.” Trump sells the large sparklers for $38,000, though a medium version is $13,000 (3.71 carats), and a small pair is $5,700 (1.23 carats). So, are diamond’s a girl’s best friend? “Absolutely!” she told InStyle.com. “It’s a truism—it’s been true for a long time and it will continue!” Let’s all remember that, especially with Valentine’s Day right around the corner.
