Today is National Cupcake Day! To mark this sweet occasion, self-confessed cupcake fanatic Blake Lively joined Sprinkles founder Candace Nelson to unveil a new flavor that will help raise money for Oxfam America, one of the Gossip Girl star’s favorite charities.
