The stars of New Year’s Eve got into the festive spirit for the Los Angeles premiere last night, and we saw three of the biggest trends for the holiday season hit the red carpet—sparkle, lace, and LBD. Hilary Swank (in Elie Saab) and Lea Michele (in Valentino) both went for high shine. “It reminded me most of New Year’s!” Michele said of why she picked her gown. Meanwhile, Katherine Heigl chose a lace design by Dolce & Gabbana, and Sofia Vergara rounded out the holiday theme with a Zac Posen bustier-style LBD. The film hits theaters Friday.
