Her beau Josh Resnick popped the question to the actress back in October, and she hit the red carpet recently to show off her new style. Emily Blunt debuted a new dark hue and blunt bob in November, and she loves her new look. “It’s fun!” the actress told InStyle.com at the launch of stylist Jessica Paster’s collection for justfab.com last week. “I cut it for a movie that I just did. They wanted to cut it all off and I just said, ‘Fine,’ because I was ready for a change.” She headed straight into hairstylist Laini Reeves’ chair to get her new cut and color. “I had mid-length long hair for so long, so I fancied a change,” Blunt added. And the effect runs deep: “I feel like when you get a haircut, it changes how your clothes look and how you feel,” she said. Agreed!

Autumn Reeser’s sweet Tweets inspired her latest wardrobe choices. After a friend asked her via Twitter who she would pick for a dream lunch date, the actress answered designer Cynthia Rowley. “I’m a huge fan of hers,” Reeser told InStyle.com at the March of Dimes’ 6th Annual Celebration of Babies in Beverly Hills this weekend. “I’d want to know how she balances work and family. And I think she’s such an amazing, creative soul.” Turns out, Rowley was checking her feed that day. “She ended up Tweeting me back,” said Reeser. “I was really, really excited.” And that’s how Reeser chose her yellow printed dress from Rowley’s resort 2012 collection for the philanthropic event. “I am happy to wear one of her dresses here. It’s kind of amazing. I love Twitter!”
