Audrey Hepburn’s classic elegance will never go out of style—especially in the hair department. Take the looks Olivia Palermo, Emma Stone, Blake Lively and Salma Hayek recently wore on red carpet for example. All have exaggerated, bumped-up volume along the crown, allowing their flawless complexions and detailed dresses to take centerstage. To experiment with a similar look, fully tease the hair along the curve of head with a rattail comb, then sweep the strands in front up and over the texturized clump. (A generous blast of hairspray will keep these gravity-defying looks from falling flat!) For more of our favorite holiday hairstyle ideas, click through the gallery.

Going, going, gone! Memorable dresses are raking in big bucks at recent auctions. First, Princess Diana’s second wedding dress and shoes (her emergency copy) sold for $132,500 this week, the Telegraph reports. At the same auction, the polka-dot chiffon frock Amy Winehouse wore on the cover of the Back to Black, fetched more than $67,120 by Musea de la Moda—a fashion museum in Santiago, Chile. Proceeds from the sale will go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, a charity set up in the singer’s memory to help young people. But is this just a warm up? The bidding for Elizabeth Taylor’s collection of clothing and jewelry at Christie’s—which will include more than 300 items—starts online this Saturday.

The House of Christian Dior’s first ever pop-up shop opened on Monday in the heart of Miami’s design district. The 3,100-square foot shop is a collaboration between the brand and German artist Anselm Reyle. It features eye-popping vibrant colors and ceiling-high video screens. There is also a nail salon where customers can get free afternoon manis in Louis XVI chairs covered in the splashy camouflage pattern created by Reyle. The food truck outside serves French pastries and coffee from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m every day during the store’s two-week run. Stop by!
WHERE TO FIND IT: The Moore Building, 191 NE 40th Street, Miami, FL. The shop will be open through December 12th.
