First Look: The New iPhone 4S!

Tech fiends, take note: Apple just released photos of the new iPhone 4S. (It looks even better with a little InStyle.com in it!) The device looks pretty similar to the iPhone 4, but it has a few notable upgrades like a faster data processor, and a virtual personal assistant called “Siri,” which takes voice commands and can translate speech into text. The next-generation iPhone goes on sale October 14th, available on Sprint’s wireless network for the first time, in addition to AT&T and Verizon. A model with 16 GB of storage starts at $200 with a two-year wireless contact, while the 64 GB model costs $400. Will you be waiting in line for the device?

Army Wives Star Weds in Kenneth Pool Dress

Army Wives star Sally Pressman became a bride of her own! The actress married fellow actor David Rogers on September 17th in Santa Barbara, California. Pressman chose the “Estelle” dress from the Kenneth Pool collection by Amsale Aberra for her big day, which features a silk organza bodice, hand-beaded tulle skirt, and a crystal beaded belt. “This gown has lots of embroidery and attention to detail,” Aberra told InStyle.com exclusively. “The slim silhouette and delicate beading complemented her beautifully. Sally is a girl who would look great in everything, but this particular dress was the perfect choice.” The bride finished her look with earrings by Gilan. While Sarah Jessica Parker first wore Stella McCartney’s spring 2012 collection a few weeks ago, the designer just publicly launched her newest lineup during Paris Fashion Week yesterday. McCartney gave her newest styles a summery feel, with sexy body-con dresses in bright, fresh prints, breezy slip dresses with scalloped edges, and pretty paisleys on separates. The collection also offered a touch of athleticism, as seen on sporty flats and relaxed easy-to-wear pieces, perhaps a nod to her status as the official designer for the London teams at the upcoming 2012 Olympics.
